ChristShare.com is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of faith-based, Christian-themed, and inspirational products. Our Platform facilitates transactions between independent sellers and buyers but is not directly involved in the actual transaction between parties.

4. Seller Terms and Responsibilities

Listing Requirements

• Products must align with Christian values and our community guidelines
• All product descriptions must be accurate and complete
• You must own or have the right to sell all listed items
• Pricing must be clearly stated and include any applicable taxes

Seller Obligations

• Fulfill orders promptly and as described
• Communicate professionally with buyers
• Handle shipping and customer service for your orders
• Maintain accurate inventory levels
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Items

Sellers may not list items that:

• Promote violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Contain profanity or inappropriate content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Are illegal or regulated without proper licensing
• Contradict Christian values or biblical teachings
• Include adult content or materials

Seller Fees

• Listing fees: Free basic listings
• Transaction fees: 3.5% + $0.30 per transaction
• Payment processing fees: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
• Additional fees may apply for premium features

5. Buyer Terms and Responsibilities

Purchase Process

• All purchases are binding contracts between you and the seller
• You agree to pay the full purchase price, including shipping and taxes
• Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except with seller agreement

Buyer Obligations

• Provide accurate shipping and contact information
• Pay for purchases promptly
• Communicate respectfully with sellers
• Leave honest and fair reviews

6. Payment and Billing

Payment Processing

• We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions
• Payment is due at the time of purchase
• We reserve the right to refuse or limit payment methods

Refunds and Returns

• Return and refund policies are set by individual sellers
• ChristShare.com does not guarantee refunds or returns
• Disputes should first be resolved directly with the seller
• We may intervene in disputes at our discretion

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Sellers are responsible for shipping and delivery
• Shipping costs and timeframes are determined by individual sellers
• ChristShare.com is not responsible for shipping delays or damages
• International shipping is subject to customs and import regulations

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you post (listings, reviews, messages)
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on our Platform
• You represent that you have the right to post all content you submit

Our Platform

• ChristShare.com owns all intellectual property rights in the Platform
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Platform content
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission

Copyright Protection

• We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same
• If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us immediately
• We will investigate and take appropriate action against infringing content

9. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

Prohibited Conduct

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Platform, you consent to our privacy practices.

11. Reviews and Feedback

• Reviews should be honest and based on actual experiences
• Reviews may not contain personal information, profanity, or inappropriate content
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines
• Sellers may not incentivize positive reviews through compensation

12. Platform Availability and Modifications

Service Availability

• We strive to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects Platform access
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions

Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
• Material changes will be communicated through email or Platform notifications
• Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Platform Disclaimers

• ChristShare.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of seller listings or product descriptions
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed items
• We do not guarantee that sellers will fulfill their obligations

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the past 12 months
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so these may not apply to you

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChristShare.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you post on the Platform

15. Dispute Resolution

Direct Resolution

We encourage users to resolve disputes directly with each other first. We provide messaging tools to facilitate communication between buyers and sellers.

Mediation

For disputes that cannot be resolved directly, we offer voluntary mediation services to help parties reach a mutually acceptable solution.

Arbitration

Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Termination

Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion tools in your account settings.

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Behavior that harms our community
• Non-payment of fees
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will cease
• Outstanding obligations remain in effect
• We may retain certain information as required by law or legitimate business purposes

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures of third-party services.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Unenforceable provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them enforceable.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ChristShare.com regarding use of the Platform.
