4. Acceptable Use & Content Guidelines

• All listings must align with Christian values and be family-friendly.

• Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Offensive, obscene, or pornographic material.

  • Items promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination.

  • Non-Christian religious materials not intended for interfaith dialogue.

  • Counterfeit or stolen goods.

• Christshare reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines.

5. Listing and Selling

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photos, and pricing.

• Sellers agree to fulfill orders promptly and ship items within the stated handling time.

• All sales are binding; sellers must honor the price listed at the time of purchase.

6. Fees and Payments

• Listing items is free; however, a transaction fee will be charged when an item sells.

• Payment processing is handled through our secure payment partners.

• Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes on their sales.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping sold items securely.

• Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

• Christshare is not liable for lost or damaged shipments but will assist in facilitating resolution between buyer and seller.

8. Returns and Refunds

• Christshare does not directly handle returns; these must be agreed upon between buyer and seller.

• Sellers must clearly state their return policy in their listings.

• In cases of dispute, Christshare may mediate but does not guarantee a specific outcome.

9. Disputes Between Users

• Users should first attempt to resolve disputes directly with one another.

• If resolution cannot be reached, Christshare may review the case and take appropriate action, including issuing refunds or suspending accounts, at our discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

• Sellers must have the legal right to sell any items they list, including any copyrighted material.

• By posting content on the Platform, you grant Christshare a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content in connection with the Platform.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

• Misrepresent items, prices, or availability.

• Post misleading, false, or defamatory content.

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform’s operation.

12. Termination of Account

• Christshare may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect our community.

13. Limitation of Liability

• Christshare is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

• We make no warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of items listed.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christshare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christshare, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of  Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
